Steel Wire Strip Brush Description

Strip brushes are a kind of linear continuous brushes, made of synthetic, metallic (steel, stainless steel, brass, phosphorous bronze), vegetal, animal hair or mixed filaments, mounted on a U-shaped profiled backing (iron zinc plated or stainless steel). The filament, no matter its nature and diameter, is blocked in this metallic backing without possibility of coming out.
Strip brushes, often called metal channel back brushes, are versatile and durable. Strip brushes can be customized to fit an enormous amount of applications, including but not limited to: sealing, conveyor cleaning, surface cleaning, surface roughening, dusting, product separation or transfer, tensioning devices, static dissipation, external or internal pipe cleaning.
